You can't make a blanket statement like that, admins, sorry. You have nothing to back it up with.

Unless you have the OK from the original artist there is no excuse for allowing traces.

Just because you're the big wigs in an online art community doesn't mean you are almighty gods of copyright law.

Think of it like picking flowers out of somebody's garden. Sure, some people don't mind if you take a few, and some people will rip your face off if you pinch their prize roses. It's polite to ask.
