This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The bottom has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
Tracing is wrong, but isn't having a page over it a bit much? Not saying tracing is right or anything but making an account just to stop tracing goes a bit far.
What is the big problem with tracing? I don't understand. I know people who do it quickly for class projects and what not because they don't have artist ability. Art is art, there is no right or wrong answer as to how to draw something, or how to trace something. If a person wants to trace let them. You don't have to look at the image or even comment on it.
Sure the image they traced should be linked or sourced, but sometimes people just forget or find the image on google and just save it to their computer.
So if tracing is bad, what about the people who do photorealism and alter the images the way they want? Is that still considered a way of tracing?
The way I see it, sure tracing can be good or bad, but there are so many methods out there like tracing, that I'm sure some of you who are against tracing do and don't even realize it.
So get over yourselves and don't bee such assholes about the people learning how to draw that need a little help.
